Myrtle rust (415/2618)
Myrtle rust growing on a Lophomyrtus cultivar in an urban garden. This was the first known case of myrtle rust in Hamilton City, but the plant disease is now expected to spread rapidly throughout New Zealand and government officials have now given up hope of eradicating it.
